CLINQ MOBILE APP BETA USER AGREEMENT

This Beta User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between LHS Entertainment Group, Co. ("LHS Entertainment Group," "we," "our," or "us") and you ("User" or "you"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Clinq mobile application ("App") during the beta testing phase. By accessing and using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Beta Testing Purpose

You acknowledge and understand that the App is currently in the beta testing phase, which means it may contain errors, defects, or other issues. Your participation as a beta user is voluntary, and you agree to use the App for the sole purpose of testing and providing feedback to LHS Entertainment Group.

2. Confidentiality

2.1. Confidential Information: You agree to keep all information related to the App, including but not limited to its features, functionality, design, and any other information marked as confidential by LHS Entertainment Group, confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

2.2. Feedback: You agree to provide feedback, suggestions, and comments regarding the App to LHS Entertainment Group. You understand and agree that any feedback you provide may be used by LHS Entertainment Group without any obligation to compensate you.

3. Use Restrictions

3.1. Prohibited Activities: While using the App, you agree not to:

a. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

b. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any associated databases.

c. Use the App in any manner that may harm, impair, or disrupt its functionality.

d. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

e. Use the App for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of LHS Entertainment Group.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

You acknowledge that the App is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. LHS Entertainment Group makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

LHS Entertainment Group shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

6. Termination

LHS Entertainment Group reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time without notice, for any reason or no reason.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to the Agreement

LHS Entertainment Group reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting a revised version of the Agreement within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By accessing and using the Clinq mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Beta User Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, please do not use the App.
